Impeccable service. My tire and spare both blew out in the late evening and nobody was open. I google mapped "tire", saw Emilio's nearby, gave a call, and a few minutes later I was back on the road.
Not everyday do you get the actual owner to be the one helping you out but that is what you will get when you come to Emilio's tire shop. Gave him a call for a blow out on our trailer... he answered right away, had us come right over and helped us out as soon as we got there. Even had an issue with one of the bolts but worked through it. Thank you very much Emilio for your help and outstanding customer service! A+++
We broke down with a failed alternator on our way to from Dallas San Antonio. Emilio's was the closest shop to us. They were professional, welcoming, and quick. We were completely stranded and they treated us fairly.
Super friendly, helpful folks. Extremely honest and reasonable...so much so, I'm going to have a car towed from Little Elm down to Emilio's (over 100 miles) to have transmission work done. If you live in or break down anywhere between Waco and Hillsboro, I can't recommend this shop highly enough!
